A Good Neighbours Project

South Gloucestershire Council have teamed with Age UK  to help support independent living by older people. Age Uk plan to pick up referrals from a variety of sources which will enable them to target support to those who might benefit.

It may be help to manage maintenance or tackle loneliness or many other challenges that make it difficult for people to remain in their own homes.
