Here is the latest copy of the minutes from the most recent parish council meeting. Minutes have to be checked & approved by the council. This means the approved copy is always published a month after they were recorded.

Unapproved Minutes
Below is a copy of the minutes from the most recent council minutes. These are published here for reference only. Legally the minutes of a council meeting have to be officially approved at the next council meeting.
In the time between meetings councillors have an opportunity to read them & ensure they are an accurate record of the topics. Corrections include spelling mistakes or wording that could be incorrect. Once any corrections have been made then councillors have to agree that they are accurate before they are ‘approved’.
This gives an opportunity for any corrections to be made before the minutes are officially adopted.
