Comment on the Proposals

South Gloucestershire Council  have launched the annual budget consultation, to update you on their financial position and the proposals that have been put forward to ensure that costs and funding have been balanced.

Through the consultation, they have set out the challenges being faced as costs continue to increase at a far greater rate than income.

A series of measures are outlined that need to be taken to balance the books next year and into the future. South Gloucestershire Council are seeking feedback from residents about the potential impacts of those changes.

Feedback to help minimise and mitigate those effects where possible, while continuing to focus on the most important support that local people rely upon for their quality of life.
