Chairman’s View 2

Dear Parishioners,

We were all looking forward to the easing of Covid restrictions and the return of face- to-face meetings in the Parish Hall on 21st June.

As you will be aware following the Government announcement on Monday, Covid restrictions have been extended until 19th July. This unfortunately means that we cannot meet in person and will continue with Zoom meetings (as consultations) with Council Members and the Parish Clerk for the time being. This is in accordance with the Schedule of Delegation approved by Parish Council on 26th April 2021, where the Parish Clerk is required to exercise delegated power in consultation with members.

The next Parish Council consultation on Monday 21st June will therefore be by Zoom at 7.30pm. Public participation is permitted for the first 20 minutes of the meeting and you are of course welcome to email any issues in advance to our Clerk. The log in details for the meeting will be provided on the Agenda which will be published on our website in advance of the meeting.

We hope that you are all safe and well and look forward to seeing you in person in the near future.

Councillor Catherine (Chairman)
