From Friday 6 September to Sunday 15 September, Heritage Open Days invites you to explore South Gloucestershire’s hidden gems for free. This is England’s largest heritage festival and offers unique access to historic sites such as Dyrham Park, Brandy Bottom Colliery, and Thornbury Town Hall. The festival includes guided tours, special exhibitions, and activities for all ages. Some events require booking, check the website page for details.
