Annual Parish Meeting 2026
The Annual Parish Meeting was held in the Parish Hall, Iron Acton yesterday. An overview of all the projects currently in action was given by the Chairman.
Representatives from groups in the parish gave verbal reports of the events that had taken place during the previous year & what plans were in place for this year.
The councillors from South Gloucestershire council gave verbal updates in addition to the written report & answered questions from local people. These topics included the Local Plan, changes to Recycling & how the council planned to tackle the challenge of providing services on a limited budget.
